2. Products and Orders
Product information, images, colours, sizes and other details are provided on the relevant product page.
Customers are responsible for reviewing their selected product, quantity and delivery information before completing an order.
An order is accepted after payment has been successfully processed and the order has been confirmed.
Tableclothcove may contact the customer using the details provided at checkout where information is required to process or deliver an order.
3. Order Processing
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 working days.
Processing time is separate from the delivery period. Delivery time begins after the order has been dispatched.
4. Payment
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may include:
- Visa
- Mastercard
- American Express
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
- Supported electronic wallets
Orders are processed only after the applicable payment has been successfully authorised.
5. Delivery
Tableclothcove serves customers across Europe where delivery is available.
Orders may be delivered using DHL, FedEx or UPS Priority services, depending on the destination and available delivery arrangements.
The standard delivery period is 5–9 working days after dispatch.
Tracking information may be sent automatically to the email address provided at checkout at relevant stages, including dispatch, arrival at a logistics point and local delivery.
6. Delayed Orders
If an order exceeds the standard 5–9 working day delivery period, Tableclothcove will investigate the shipment with the relevant carrier.
Following the carrier investigation and the circumstances of the order, Tableclothcove may arrange a full refund or replacement.
Any mandatory rights available to the customer under applicable UK or European law remain unaffected.
7. Delivery Risk and Ownership
For consumer orders, the risk of loss or damage to goods remains with Tableclothcove until the goods come into the physical possession of the customer or a person nominated by the customer, other than the carrier.
The risk does not transfer to the customer merely because the goods have been handed to a carrier.
Where applicable, ownership of the goods passes to the customer upon delivery, subject to any rights arising under these Terms & Conditions and applicable law.
8. Right of Withdrawal
For applicable consumer distance contracts, customers have a 14-day Right of Withdrawal in accordance with applicable European consumer protection requirements.
The withdrawal period generally begins when the customer, or a person nominated by the customer other than the carrier, receives physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the Right of Withdrawal, the customer should contact place@tableclothcove.com with the relevant order details and a clear statement of the decision to withdraw.
Goods should be returned in accordance with the applicable withdrawal requirements. Where permitted by law, the customer may be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits mandatory statutory withdrawal rights or other consumer rights.
9. Damaged or Faulty Goods
If goods arrive damaged or have a fault, the customer should contact place@tableclothcove.com after receiving the order.
The customer should provide:
- Order number;
- A description of the issue; and
- Clear photographs showing the damage or fault.
Where the issue is verified, Tableclothcove may arrange a refund or replacement. A damaged item may not need to be returned where the circumstances allow the matter to be resolved using photographic evidence.
This procedure does not restrict any mandatory rights or remedies available under applicable law.
10. Refunds
Approved refunds will normally be made using the original payment method.
Where a refund is required under applicable withdrawal or consumer protection rules, it will be processed in accordance with the applicable legal requirements.
11. Delivery Information
Customers must provide accurate delivery and contact information when placing an order.
Tableclothcove is not responsible for delivery difficulties resulting directly from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
12. Website Use
Customers must use the website lawfully and must not use it for activities that may interfere with the normal operation of the website or the ordering process.
Tableclothcove may restrict or suspend access where there is a reasonable basis to believe that these Terms & Conditions have been materially breached.
13. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
Subject to mandatory statutory rights, Tableclothcove is responsible for losses that are reasonably foreseeable and directly caused by a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
Tableclothcove is not responsible for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable or that arise from circumstances outside its reasonable control, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
14. Changes to These Terms
Tableclothcove may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
The version applicable to an order is the version in effect when the order is placed, unless a change is required by law.
15. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to the transaction and the customer, including applicable UK and European consumer protection requirements.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions deprives a consumer of mandatory protections available under the laws that apply to the consumer’s purchase.
